We are happy that we are now able to re-open our service department and welcoming you for your regular maintenance (including tire change, oil change, preventive maintenance, etc) and mechanical emergencies. Everything will be done in a very safe environment. We know that many of you would like us to be able to change your tires in the past few weeks. Know it, it was illegal to do as per government decree.
Unlike other garages and dealerships who chose to not respect the law, St-Jerome Chevrolet Buick GMC has chosen, since the beginning of the pandemic, to comply with government directives. And we continue to do so. This is why we have put in place a service offer (time slots) and measures to respect social distancing and thus, ensure the health of our customers, our employees and our community. You can count on us to act professionally at all time, and especially in time of crisis like the one we are currently experimenting.
In order to comply with government directives and social distancing, we will have to welcome a limited number of customers at the same time, compared to our regular service offer. We apologize in advance and we will do our best to serve you all as soon as possible!

If you had an appointment scheduled between March 23, 2020 and May 4, 2020, we invite you to contact us now by phone or email to book a new appointment (if you had an appointment between March 23 and April 15) or to confirm the date (if you had an appointment between April 16 and May 4).
St-Jérôme Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette has implemented precautionary measures to currently ensure a safe environment in our store, by appointment only. Here are a few :
1. We only admit clients with an appointment to our service department. When it is possible to assist the client without him appearing, it will be done at distance;
2. Temporarily and in order to comply with social distancing directives, no shuttle service will be offered;
3. All customers must remove ALL their personal belongings from their vehicle before leaving the house;
4. Before arriving at the dealership, important questions are asked to customers in order to assess the risks to which they have been exposed recently with regard to COVID-19;
5. All appliances and equipment are disinfected before and after each use;
6. The number of customers will be limited in store for the same time slot. Our waiting room will also be adapted to respect social distancing. Cleaning of waiting and service areas will also be done regularly;
7. Employees are made aware of the risks and recommendations associated with COVID-19 and adapt their activities to limit their risks, both at work and at home.
8. As decreed by the government, access to our showroom (sales) will be temporarily prohibited. Our sales rep are, however, available at distance (by phone or email) and online.
